The Heresztyn-Mazzini Estate covers 6 hectares of vineyards spread across Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis, and Chambolle-Musigny. Committed to environmentally respectful viticulture, Florence Heresztyn and Simon Mazzini cultivate their plots according to the principles of organic farming and biodynamics.
For several years, the estate has promoted living soils through grass cover and cover crops sown between the rows. This approach helps preserve the natural balance of the vines, improve soil quality, and support their adaptation to climate change.
