Élodie Michelot, Alain’s daughter, is now in charge of wine production at this estate, which owns several premier crus in Nuits-Saint-Georges and has been cultivating a parcel of Clos de Vougeot since 2010. She joined the family estate in 1996, followed by her husband in 1998, and has successfully enhanced the wines in finesse and elegance without sacrificing power.
