The vineyard (45 years old on average) consists of grand crus and premiers crus from the Côte des Blancs (Cramant, Chouilly, Cuis) as well as Sezanne for the Chardonnays. A few Pinot Noir vines are cultivated in Avenay-Val-d’Or in the Grande Vallée de la Marne. It is located mid-slope on very light, easy-to-work limestone soils.
