Bastian Wolber is a young passionate German winemaker, trained in the Moselle region, then in Alsace and Burgundy, where he develops a rigorous approach that respects life. After launching his first cuvées in Germany in 2019, he moved to Volnay and has been fully dedicated to his estate since 2022, working plots in Burgundy. It mainly produces pinot noir and chardonnay, grown in organic and biodynamic agriculture.
