Located in the heart of the Jura, the Château de l’Étoile is the soul of an exceptional terroir. The estate covers nearly 17 hectares within the L’Étoile appellation, one of the smallest and most prestigious in the Jura region. A new page opens in 2024 with the takeover of the Domaine by Louis Fourrier, a young Burgundian winemaker from Gevrey-Chambertin, in association with Florian Scatamacchia, two passionate people committed to perpetuating excellence and respect for this unique place.
