Arnaud Baillot is a young winemaker based in Beaune, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. As owner and winemaker, he has practiced sustainable viticulture since 2014 and complements his estate with carefully selected grape purchases.

As a winemaker, he is passionate about the diversity of wine profiles that Burgundy has to offer. He also partners with Laure Hudelot-Noellat, his wife and granddaughter of the eponymous estate based in Chambolle-Musigny. Together, they produce a very comprehensive range, from regional appellations to Grand Cru.
