VIOLOT-GUILLEMARD
Pommard
A small family vineyard managed since 1980 by Thierry Violot-Guillemard, this estate possesses a fine collection of terroirs and produces straightforward wines in a classic style, without added yeasts, and with a long aging period of sixteen to twenty months. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2014, following the arrival of his son, Joannès. It also offers guest rooms for those wishing to explore the vineyard. Much like the wines, these must be booked in advance.
