A committed winegrower and independent vintner, Domaine Dujardin uses traditional winemaking methods.

Vine cultivation is carried out using sustainable farming practices (limiting the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides) to maintain the necessary vigor of the vines, without seeking overproduction, which is detrimental to wine quality and the environment.

Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand to ensure careful quality sorting.
