In 2017, after gaining diverse experience in Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, South Africa, and the United States, Simon Colin decided to establish his own operation. Son of Philippe Colin, a winegrower in Chassagne-Montrachet, he decided to focus his production on white Burgundy grape varieties.
